Step 3
Now we're ready to paste! Don't worry this page is mercifully
short.
To paste the image into the document select the following:
Insert, Picture, From File. Then select the
picture from it's directory and presto! You now have an image in
MS Word. See that's why I said that this isn't particularly hard
thing to do. OK now if you want to put a picture on the Disc instead
of the track listing go ahead and repeat the process using
1 1/2" (3.81cm) by 2 1/8" (5.4cm) as a template.
Otherwise proceed to draw in a text box using those dimensions.
A good way to do that is open a new document select View,
Ruler. Then size up the box and cut and paste it into your
image document.
Once you have the document all setup print it out and cut it
up. A few tips for applying stickers: always use the paper that
the sticker was on to smooth it so you don't smear it.
Well that's it. Like I said it's not that difficult to do but
hopefully you can use this as a springboard to bigger and better
things. I personally like to make lighter stickers for my bics.
No one will ever say, "Oh I thought that was my Free Kitten lighter."
So long!
